You may have heard the word Eckoushic whispered in spiritual spaces. It sounds vast, otherworldly, even untouchable. But it isn’t something outside of you. The Eckoushic field is already moving through your body, humming in your cells, alive in every breath.
Unlike archives of the past, the Eckoushic is presence. It is the living crystalline current of Source — awakening the remembrance of your true Source-self: crystalline, luminous, already whole.
What Does “Eckoushic” Really Mean?
Many have heard of the Akashic Records: a library of everything that has been, the memory of the soul’s journey. The Eckoushic, however, is not a library. It is a river. It is your seed of Source. It is outside the human lived experience, but rather an embodiment of your origins and higher light being.
The Akashic holds memory — the stones on the riverbed. The Eckoushic is the water itself: flowing, crystalline, alive. It is not what was, but what is. To touch it is not simply to understand — it is to participate in the living field of Source.
The Crystalline Current of Energy
Why crystalline? Because crystals reflect the same pattern of resonance that resides within us as well. Their structure is steady yet alive, capable of carrying vibration without distortion, just as you are.

When you hold quartz and feel it pulsing, or stand in a sacred place that seems to vibrate with clarity, you are experiencing the crystalline current. It runs through the Earth, through the stars, and through Source and in your very own being.
It reveals you. It draws you into coherence — where your being resonates with the harmony of Source itself.
Spiritual DNA: Remembering What You Already Carry
DNA is more than biology. It is also light, codes, and resonance — a crystalline weave that connects your body and soul to the Eckoushic field. This is what we refer to as spiritual DNA.

When your spiritual DNA begins to align, it doesn’t feel like you’ve been rebuilt or fixed. It feels like remembering. Layers fall away, and underneath them is the self that has always been whole, always connected, always alive with Source. Alignment isn’t about chasing a higher state — it’s the quiet recognition that your true essence was never missing.
Signs You’re Aligned with Your Spiritual DNA
How do you know you are in resonance with the Eckoushic current? It feels less like healing and more like unveiling:
- A deep peace and renewal that feels steady rather than fleeting
- Recognition of your crystalline Source-self
- Heightened awareness of spiritual presence around you
- A clear sense of being in direct touch with Source
- Coherence in your being, like your spirit, body, and energy, are “clicking” into place.
These are not accomplishments to earn. They are natural expressions of remembering what has always been true.
How to Connect with the Eckoushic Field
Opening to the Eckoushic isn’t about quick relaxation practices — it’s about entering resonance with the crystalline current of Source. This is deeper than calming the mind. It is about tuning your whole being like an instrument until it vibrates in harmony with the field already within you.
- Crystalline Attunement — Visualize a lattice of light within your body, like a grid of luminous threads. With each breath, feel them brightening, aligning, and humming in harmony. This isn’t imagination alone — it’s awakening the architecture already woven through you.
- Eckoushic Sounding — Instead of chanting familiar syllables, let a sound rise unbidden from your chest or throat. It may be a tone, a vibration, or something wordless. These spontaneous tones often carry the resonance of your own spiritual DNA, opening the doorway to the field of consciousness. A common sound used is Ho. Long form Hoooo chanting.
- Azura Point Focus — Rest your awareness in the space near the thymus. Some describe this as the seat of the soul. Allow a crystalline flame of blue-white light to glow within you, radiating outward through your body. This focus aligns you directly with the Eckoushic current. The Kathara grid is a good representation of this alignment.
- Living Presence — In daily life, take moments to pause. Silence the mind and notice the crystalline thread moving all around you. The way light shines on water or reflects in drops of morning dew. Not just the song of birds or crickets, but the vibration and hum that flows from them to you. All this is also Source energy just like you. Recognizing this in the world around you ignites the remembrance of All, without separation. Some refer to it as “The All that Is”. The Eckoushic is most present when you stop searching for it but allow it to flow all around you without force.

The Kathara Grid & the Azura Point
Some teachings describe another way of attuning to this current through the Kathara grid, the body’s energetic architecture. At its heart lies the Azura point, near the thymus, often called the “seat of the soul.”
When awakened, the Azura point resonates like a crystalline key, aligning spiritual DNA and opening a doorway to your higher, Source-self. While the language differs from the Eckoushic, the resonance is familiar: both remind us that the body is already a bridge to the living field of Source.
